Teen Ambassadors help make the YMCA a fun, welcoming, and positive place for all teens. Ambassadors support new members, assist with teen events and activities, and serve as positive role models within the YMCA community. This leadership opportunity helps teens build confidence, communication skills, teamwork, and leadership experience while making a difference and helping shape the teen experience at the Y. Responsibilities include: - Welcome and support new teen members - Assist with teen events and activities - Promote a positive and inclusive environment - Be a respectful and encouraging role model - Share ideas to help improve teen programs and experiences Eligibility: - Must be 15–18 years old - Positive attitude and willingness to help others - Able to work well with peers, staff, and members - Willing to represent YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility
